Our Call Line is a telephone call service with one of our volunteers making a well-being call to people who have indicated to us that they would benefit from this contact. Calls are available in the morning or afternoon Monday to Friday, and involve a check that all is well with them and an optional chat.
Many people are alone and suffer from social isolation and it can be very cheering to have a conversation with someone in the morning.
