INTRODUCING OUR COMMUNITY FRIDGE! Thanks to funding from Hubbub and Co-op, we are delighted to introduce you to our community fridge!  Here's a breakdown of what it is and why we are doing it:

  1. Our community fridge is open to the public on Fridays from 12pm-2pm.
  2. It is open to ALL of the community.
  3. It exists soley to REDUCE WASTE, therefore everyone is welcome to use it.
  4. We encourage all of you to come along and use this service.
  5. The more we give away, the less will be thrown out!
  6. A picture will be posted on Facebook every Friday morning to show what is available.
  7. We cannot accept donations from individuals, only businesses.
  8. If you would like to make a donation, please take items to Trinity Church Food Bank instead.

This is a FREE service, but there are donations tins if anyone wants to contibute - also a reminder it is first come, first served.

Our Community Café was initially started as a way to accommodate everyone who was interested in joining our lunch clubs but had been put onto a waiting list due to its full capacity. This quickly changed and was opened to the public to run alongside our community fridge project. This service is also open 12pm—2pm on Fridays only and gives members of the public somewhere to meet others, socialise and enjoy free snacks and refreshments in a safe, warm space.
