BBS Scotland, My Kind of Town - Larkhall
We were delighted to be part of the BBc's showcasing of Larkhall in their My Kind of Town programme with Ian Hamilton. Ian and his team spent the day at LDVG, speaking to volunteers, members and staff. Only a snippet of what was recorded was included but that was due to the vast amount of wonderful footage the BBC team were able to film. Larkhall is a wonderful place to live and work and it was great to have this opportunity to show people outside of Larkhall what the reality is - and I think we managed that. The feedback has been nothign but positive with many people now having changed their views - so well done to all involved. You can watch the episode on BBC i-player.
