Scottish Government Funding Success!

Larkhall & District Volunteer Group (LDVG) are delighted to share the news that we have been awarded £81,882 from the Scottish Government’s Supporting Communities Fund via The National Lottery Community Fund.

“This funding will make a key difference to the people and communities living in the Larkhall area during the COVID-19 crisis. This funding will support LDVG, Larkhall Community Growers, Community Links and the COVID-19 Rainbows with their efforts to support the local community during this time” Sandra McCrory, LDVG Charity manager.

“We know community groups like Larkhall District Volunteer Group have significant experience in responding to challenges, so they are well placed to support people and communities in the Larkhall area as they look to support a local response to COVID-19. “This Scottish Government Supporting Communities Fund award of £81,882 will make a key difference to many people living locally, helping them become more resilient in the face of this crisis.” Neil Ritch, The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland Director.
