FUNDING SUCCESS - NATIONAL LOTTERY COMMUNITY FUND SCOTLAND

LDVG are delighted to learn we have secured a generous award of £150,000 over the next 2 years from the National Lottery Community Fund!

Welcoming the grant, Sandra McCrory, LDVG Charity Manager said “we were facing a tough year with our main funding due to end, so securing this award is exciting news for everyone involved with LDVG. Thanks to the money raised by National Lottery players, we will be able to continue to offer and develop the wide variety of activities that our staff and volunteers work hard to provide for our community, and we can now look forward to celebrating our 25th anniversary!”.

Barry McCormack, Funding Officer for the National Lottery Community Fund Lanarkshire Team said “we recognise that LDVG is a valuable community resource, offering a variety of community activities for the people of the Larkhall and district area. We are delighted to continue to support them”

The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland Chair, Maureen McGinn, said: “I am delighted that LDVG has been successful in securing a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund. The award will make a big difference where it is needed most, and I wish LDVG every success as it goes on to develop and expand its project for the benefit of their local community.”
